Abstract

The technology of information has an important role in social life, especially in government agencies. The role of social media in government is became a communication media which can reach a wide audience in disseminating information. The purpose of disseminating information is the public can know and follow the activities, programs and policies of Dinas Sosial Provinsi DKI Jakarta (DKI Jakarta Social Service). During the process of disseminating information, an experts such as videographers, photographers, editors, graphic designers, social media specialists and journalists have important responsibilities and roles in assisting the Development, Data and Information Division of Dinas Sosial DKI Jakarta to create content that will published at the Instagram of Dinas Sosial DKI Jakarta. The stages that must be passed include, Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production. During the process, the experts experienced several obstacles and found solutions to solve the problems,so that the information dissemination process could run smoothly
