Abstract

A corporate image is the impression, feeling or conception that consumers have about the company. Currently, the company has to start building an image so that consumers or customers can be interested in the company, including the tourism sector to get a positive image. Hotel Salak The Heritage is a tourism industry that is building and maintaining its image among the public. Building an image is one of the public relations (PR) practitioner's duties. The purpose of this final report is to find out the strategies carried out by PR to build the company's image. PR of Hotel Salak The Heritage shared several strategies in order to build the company's image, including through activities both internally and externally. Internal activities to strengthen employees in order to make a good impression on the public, for external activities to build good relations with the media, local governments and trust the image of the public. PR practitioners at Hotel Salak The Heritage use social media, events, programs and promotions to build a corporate image. The social media used are Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube and also the Website. Promotional programs and events are carried out to gain an image from the public and customers. The programs are iftar idaman, lunar new year, happy very march, live music and earth hour events participating in Earth Day. PR also utilizes relations with the media to provide information and activities about Hotel Salak. The PR division must have expertise in implementing strategies to build corporate image, the purpose of this strategy is to build brand awareness, increase visitor traffic, increase sales, increase public trust in hotels, and a good corporate image.
