Abstract

Aston Hotel & Resort is included as one of the best hotels in Bogor, this five-star hotel is able to attract the attention of customers with a beautiful view at the foot of Mount Salak and a strategic location. The sales and marketing division carries out effective organizational communication. The purpose of this report is to analyze specifically the effectiveness of sales and marketing organization communication at Aston Hotel & Resort has been effective. The methodology used in this paper is observation, participants, interviews and literature studies. The results of organizational communication activities was good. During the activity, the office faced several obstacles. Outside the office, this problem must be solved professionally
