Abstract

In this era, social media has a very important role in the success of a company to convey information to the public. PT Samudera Indonesia uses Instagram as a medium of information that can be accessed by the public so that any information provided by PT Samudera Indonesia can be known quickly because Instagram has a considerable mass. In managing social media, of course PT Samudera Indonesia has a strategy in order to achieve its goals. The strategies undertaken such as gathering information, writing drafts and creating content. After that, there are also ways that PT Samudera Indonesia utilizes the Instagram as information media. From these things there will usually be obstacle, such as a slow internet connection and limited ideas. PT Samudera Indonesia always prioritize the quality so that the information conveyed can be well received by the public so that the company's goals can be achieved.
