Abstract

Various development programs, is one of the program Mobile Car Service (MOPELING) by Population and Civil Registry Service in Sukabumi district, in its implementation still has escaped various obstacles. Therefore, in carrying out services to the community, a communication strategy is needed to overcome these obstacles to achieve effective communication, especially for the development of communication infrastructure in services, not only that good cooperation between the government and the appropriate community is also needed to implement policies the government related to the registration of population administration of every citizen in Indonesia. This must be formulated appropriately and constitute a unity of opportunities that can be viewed from a positive side in the strategy of implementing population administration public services aimed at the development of the Sukabumi Regency to make it an accelerator of development achievements.
