Abstract
Botani Square mall is one of the leading shopping center in Bogor City. Every shopping center need a good promotion in order to improve their sales and to be accepted by the society. Shopping center must be able to organize promotional activities and communication to the society. Marketing Communication Botani Square mall has an important role to improve the sales of the shopping centre. This can be realized by promote the Shopping centre to the public so that Botani Square mall can have a good reputation by the public. There are several roles performed by Marketing Communication Botani Square mall, such as doing promotion through social media, making press releases, create an event, and also maintaining relationships with the public and the media as well.
