Abstract
The SohIB community is part of a social media account managed by the Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia (KOMINFO). As a social media managed by the government, the SohIB Community targets the younger generation of Indonesia in providing information and also helping the public to improve their abilities which will be useful in the future. Advances in digital technology have resulted in more and more media that can be used as a platform for disseminating information and also as a medium for communicating and disseminating information effectively and quickly. but with this progress, not all people use it for positive things but there are some who take advantage of advances in digital technology by doing negative things. With this phenomenon, media literacy and digital literacy are needed in order to make good use of information and communication technology. Through social media with the most millennial and millennial generation users, Instagram is
the choice of every social mover in implementing digital literacy, including the @id_sohib account. The SohIB community as an account managed by the government, aims to provide information as much as possible and carry out several programs that are devoted to advancing Indonesia's young generation such as digital workshops, improving self-skills, self-development, other useful content that relates to the audience. The creation of information content shared in the @id_sohib account also focuses more on the
Constructive element which is very important for building digital literacy.
