Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has mainly been used by companies to build its image due to the Sustainable Development Era. PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI) Refenery Unit (RU) III is an oil and gas company which has been active on CSR to build and maintain their image. Mari Berkreasi Program is one of the CSR PT KPI Unit Plaju program which has collaboration with UKM Mari Berkreasi. Mari Berkreasi Program is a skill and creativity approach. Mari Berkreasi Program aims to make lifestyle changes in the community, increase environmental awareness, as well as local food preservation. Mari Berkreasi Program has several activities such as utilization of narrow land for agriculture, area planning, utilization of non-B3 waste, MPSI and PMT innovations, heat and light energy food dehydrator, and independent IPAL. Mari Berkreasi Program has made several achievements, one of the achievement is Green Proper. Throughout the time of Mari Berkreasi Program, it has its own obstacle and solution. Therefore, Mari Berkreasi Program play an important role for increasing KPI Unit Plaju image.
