Abstract

Public opinion is an opinion in the form of a group of people. Public opinion related to the company's image. Companies need to be publicly known, therefore their existence is maintained. The recognition will be obtained by the company if the company has a good image. A good corporate image is generated through good relations from the public and the company. PT Indonesia Power Pembangkit Suralaya through its public relations division designs programs that aim to maintain good relations between companies and the public. Internal and external public are equally important to maintain the company's image, therefore public relations must always evaluate and innovate every program that is designed.
