Abstract
Taspen is a company assigned by the government to improve the welfare of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) through insurance and pension programs. In serving retired participants, of course, the company will provide guidance and direction through face-to-face socialization activities with the participants. In this case, good service is very necessary for the company in order to create a good impression for the company. So this is where the important role of a Customer Service in providing services is also as a relationship builder with retired participants.
