Abstract
Marketing strategy has a great influence on the company's success in attracting customers. Cozzy kostel Bogor in carrying out its promotions requires marketing communication to be able to communicate directly or indirectly. In marketing communication, a marketing strategy is needed in preparing plans to run more structured and effective. The marketing strategy carried out by Cozzy Kostel Bogor is to use the marketing mix, the marketing mix contained therein, namely, product, price, place, promotion, participants, physical evidence, and process. One of the marketing communications carried out by Cozzy Kostel Bogor is by using promotions, namely creating content on social media, print media, telemarketing, personal selling, and sales calls. the reason for the marketing strategy is to be able to compete with companies in the field and other hospitality services, especially in two-star hotels. After the marketing mix is done, it is necessary to have a market analysis that aims to determine the service market segmentation, service market target, and the company's service market position at Cozzy Kostel Bogor. The sales and marketing division works closely with the front office in providing services to customers. In the marketing process, the sales and marketing divisions sometimes encounter obstacles, but there are always solutions to overcome these obstacles.
