Abstract

In this modern era, many emerging professions in the field of communication one of which is the Public Relations Officer. Dispenau or Dinas Penerangan TNI Angkatan Udara is the Air Force's Public Relations Division whose job is to bridge communication from within the agency with the wider community. This final report aims to outline strategy and the role of Subdinas Penerangan Umum Dispenau as External Public Relations Indonesian Air Force, as well as to identify the obstacles and solutions faced by the Subdinas Penerangan Umum Dispenau. Data collection techniques in the work of this final report using observation, interviews, active participation, literature study and documentation. The results of this report indicate that there are staff who work in accordance with their fields and face several obstacles including technical and non-technical obstacles. This can be avoided and found a solution.
