Abstract

ABSTRACT
SARAH JESSYCA MESA. Establishment Business Unit the Processing of Spoil Buffalo Milk into Keychain on Milka Krem, Philippine Carabao Center. Supervised by INTANI DEWI. Buffalo is one of the agribusiness commodities that has high potential to be developed. In the Philippines buffalo is a livestock that is being developed by the government. This is evidenced by the increasing production of buffalo milk every year. But in reality, there are still spoil milk from milk produced. Spoil milk are rejected milk and expired milk. The handling of spoil milk itself until now is only by throwing it to the ground. This gave rise to a business idea to process spoil milk into a keychain that could provide additional benefits for Milka Krem, as well as being useful as a souvenir from the area. The method used to analyze this business are cash flow and switching value. The results of the business feasibility analysis are NPV PHP 120 734, IRR 59%, Net B / C 2.80, Gross B / C 1.07, and DPP 2 years and 6 months. These prove that the business development is worth developing in Milka Krem, Philippine Carabao Center.

ABSTRAK
SARAH JESSYCA MESA. Pendirian Unit Bisnis Baru Pengolahan Susu Kerbau Rusak menjadi Gantungan Kunci pada Milka Krem, Philippine Carabao Center. Dibimbing oleh INTANI DEWI.
Kerbau merupakan salah satu komoditas agribisnis yang memiliki potensi tinggi untuk dikembangkan. Di Filipina kerbau merupakan ternak yang sedang dikembangkan oleh pemerintah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan semakin meningkatnya produksi susu kerbau setiap tahunnya. Namun pada kenyataannya masih terdapat spoil milk dari susu yang diproduksi. Spoil milk merupakan rejected milk dan expired milk. Penanganan spoil milk sendiri hingga saat ini hanya dengan membuangnya ke tanah. Hal ini memunculkan ide bisnis untuk mengolah spoil milk menjadi keychain yang dapat memberikan manfaat tambahan untuk Milka Krem, sekaligus dapat bermanfaat menjadi souvenir khas dari daerah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganlisis bisnis ini adalah cashflow dan switching value. Hasil dari analisis kelayakan bisnis adalah NPV PHP 120 734, IRR 59%, Net B/C 2.80, Gross B/C 1.07, dan DPP 2 tahun 6 bulan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa bisnis ini layak dikembangkan di Milka Krem, Philippine Carabao Center.
