Abstract

ABSTRAK
MUHAMAD BARATA. Pendirian Unit Bisnis Ground Coffee dan Roasted Coffee pada CV Frinsa Agrolestari Pangalengan Jawa Barat, Dibimbing oleh RASIDIN SITEPU.

Tanaman kopi termasuk dalam family Rubiaceae yang tumbuh baik di dataran tinggi dan merupakan komoditas perkebunanan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi yang tinggi. Ground coffee dan roasted coffee merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk pengembangan unit bisnis baru dalam memperluas pasar terutama di Kabupaten Bandung. Ide pengembangan bisnis ini menganalisis dari aspek non finansial dan finansial sehingga pengembangan bisnis ini dapat dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan. Hal ini yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan untuk mencegah terjadinya penurunan produksi pada ground coffee dan roasted coffee yaitu dengan menjalin hubungan kerja sama yang baik dengan pemasok ground coffee dan roasted coffee dapat berjalan baik dan ketersediaan produk tidak menggangu kegiatan produksi.

ABSTRACT
MUHAMAD BARATA. Establishment Business Unit of Ground Coffee and Roasted Coffee at CV Frinsa Agrolestari Pangalengan West Java. Supervised by RASIDIN SITEPU.

Coffee plant are included in the Rubiaceae family that grows well in the higlands and are a commodity of agrilucture that has a high economic value. Ground coffee dan roasted coffee are one of the ways that can be uset by companies to develop new business units in expanding markets, especially in Bandung Regency. this business development idea analyzes from non-finansial and financial aspects so that business development can be said to be feasible to run. This can be done by the company to prevent the decline in production of ground coffee and roasted coffee, namely by establishing a god cooperative relationship with suppliers of ground coffee and roasted coffee can run well and the availability of products does not interfere with production activites.
