Abstract

ABSTRAK
ELIN NURHALIMAH. Pengembangan Outlet AgriFresh Standar Menjadi Premium pada Unit Bisnis AgriOutlet di AgriSocio. Dibimbing oleh HERMAWAN WANA.

AgriSocio berkeinginan untuk mengembangkan unit bisnis AgriOutlet karena penjualan jus AgriOutlet terus meningkat dari bulan Januari 2019 hingga bulan Maret 2019. Tujuan penulisan kajian pengembangan bisnis studi laporan tugas akhir ini adalah merumuskan ide pengembangan bisnis outlet AgriFresh standar menjadi premium pada unit bisnis AgriOutlet di AgriSocio. Tujuan lainnya yaitu menyusun dan mengkaji rencana pengembangan bisnis berdasarkan aspek non finansial dan finansial. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam kajian pengembangan bisnis ini adalah analisis studi kelayakan bisnis. Pengembangan outlet AgriFresh premium dapat meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan. Hal itu dilihat dari peningkatan R/C ratio outlet AgriFresh. Outlet AgriFresh standar memiliki R/C ratio sebesar 1.11. R/C ratio mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1.32 ketika outlet AgriFresh dikembangkan menjadi outlet AgriFresh premium. Berdasarkan aspek non finansial dan finansial pengembangan bisnis ini layak untuk dijalankan.

ABSTRACT
ELIN NURHALIMAH. The Development of Standard AgriFresh Outlet into Premium in the AgriOutlet Business Unit in AgriSocio. Supervised by HERMAWAN WANA.

AgriSocio desires to develop the AgriOutlet business unit because the sale of AgriOutlet juice continues to increase from January 2019 to March 2019. The purpose of writing a business development study as a final project report is to formulate the idea of developing the standard AgriFresh outlet business into a premium in the AgriOutlet business unit in AgriSocio. Besides, this study also compiling and reviewing business development plans based on non-financial and financial aspects. The analytical method used in this business development study in an analysis of business feasibility studies. The development of premium AgriFresh outlets can increase company income. It can be seen from the increase in the R / C ratio of AgriFresh outlet. The standard AgriFresh outlet has an R / C ratio of 1.11. The R / C ratio increased by 1.32 when the AgriFresh outlet was developed into a premium. Based on non-financial and financial aspects the development of this business is feasible to run.
