Abstract

Radio is a communicating device that can spread various types of information quickly and effectively. There
are some types of radio broadcasts in Indonesia including those of public, private and community types.
Tegar Beriman is radio brodcast which belongs to the technical implementing unit of radio and television
of Departement of Communication and Information in Bogor Regency known as 95.3 fm. It is categorized
into public radio. One of the program run by this radio broadcast is Arulin presented casually to
educational, information, and entertainment needs of children. The program is of three stages consisting of
the preproduction, production, and postproduction. The study observed some technical and non-technical
constraints by the production team, but they were able to handle all the problems properly.
