Abstract
Cirebon Siaga 112 Emergency Service is a single emergency call number, operating 24 hours a day for seven days in a week continuously and these emergency call are free of telephone charges. Cirebon Siaga 112 Emergency Service has been regulated by the mayor’s regulation number 32 of 2018 concerning the provision of Cirebon Siaga 112 Services. Cirebon Siaga 112 Emergency Service have a service officer consisting of Call Taker, Supervisor and Dispatcher. The most important service officer role is Call Taker. Call taker is in charge of receiving calls from the public, analyzing information received from the caller, determining and passing on emergencies to dispatchers.
