Abstract

Merchant Support has a big role for the company's success in serving customer complaints. Dana Indonesia has collaborated with various online and offline merchants in serving payments through QRIS. The purpose of writing this Final Report is to explain the duties and roles of Dana Indonesia Merchant Support related to QRIS transactions in the Dana Application, explain the process of resolving customer complaints related to QRIS transactions on the Dana application, and explain the obstacles and solutions that occur while being a Merchant Support at DANA Indonesia. The Merchant Support Division is tasked as a customer complaint resolution team, communicating transactions to partners, conducting investigations between partners to the internal team, monitoring transactions that occur with partners, and as a liaison person who is responsible for transactions with partners. In the process of resolving complaints, Merchant Support sometimes encounters obstacles, but there are always solutions to overcome these obstacles.
