Abstract

SOFIANA SONYA. The Nutrition Care Process of Asthmatic Bronchitis Patient at
RSUD.Prof.Dr.Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Supervised by ANNISA
RIZKIRIANI.
The nutritional state of the patient is very influential in the process of healing
the disease, otherwise the process of the disease journey can affect the nutritional
state of the patient. Providing therapy to food and special diets tailored to the patient's
type of disease can help prevent further damage to body tissue and achieve optimal
nutritional status. The methods used in data collection include the Comstock (Visual
Plate Wastel) method, which is a food consumption assessment method by looking at
patient leftovers during hospitalization, interview methods, and RSMS 2019 patient
archives. Data collection is done in the Nutrition Installation and inpatient rooms
Aster RSMS Purwokerto from 9 September 2019 to 21 September 2019. The
management of the diet in Asmatis Bronchitis was given, namely the ETPT diet
associated with infection and nutritional status of the patient, while the consistency of
food provided was soft food, not containing stimulating food ingredients, eating
frequency four times consisting of three main meals and one morning interlude.
Provision of vitamins and minerals such as potassium and Vitamin C as enhancing
the body's immunity in the healing process.
