Abstract

FAIRURIZLA AJENG FAHIRA RIZKI. Pembenihan dan Pembesaran Ikan Koi Cyprinus carpio Di Damiri Koi Farm, Cianjur, Jawa Barat dibimbing oleh JULIE EKASARI.
Ikan koi adalah salah satu ikan hias perikanan yang sangat baik dikembangkan dengan meningkatkan produksi kebutuhan untuk memenuhi permintaan Indonesia dan luar negeri. Perusahaan budidaya ikan koi Damiri Koi Farm yang berlokasi di Cianjur, Jawa Barat merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang berfokus pada produksi ikan koi yang berkualitas. Selama tiga tahun tahun terakhir, kenaikan produksi ikan koi rata-rata 11.6% yang akan mendorong kenaikan produksi ikan hias. Adapun pencapain produksi ikan hias nasional tahun 2019 tercatat sebanyak 367.280.000 ekor atau sekitar 66.8% dari target yang ditetapkan yaitu 550.000.000 ekor. , fekunditas rata-rata dari tiga kali pemijahan ikan adalah 173.267 butir telur dengan rata-rata derajat fertilisasi telur 66%, rata-rata derajat penetasan telur 67%, dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup larva 89%. Penebaran larva dilakukan sebanyak 1 688 ekor dengan padat tebar sekitar 50 ekor m-2. Penebaran kedua dilakukan setelah panen satu bulan pada saat pemisahan nissai dan tategoi. Pemeliharaan benih dilakukan selama 3 bulan sedangkan untuk pembesaran ikan koi selama 4 bulan. Pembesaran ikan koi berawal dengan ukuran benih koi sepanjang 10 cm. Pada kegiatan pembenihan ikan koi di Damiri Koi Farm selama 1 tahun didapatkan R/C Ratio Rp5.8 sedangkan untuk kegiatan pemebsaran didapatkan R/C Ratio Rp2.5.

Koi fish is one of the ornamental fisheries fish that is very well developed by increasing production needs to meet the demands of Indonesia and abroad. Koi fish farming company Damiri Koi Farm, located in Cianjur, West Java, is a company that focuses on producing quality koi fish. During the last three years, the increase in koi fish production is an average of 11.6% which will encourage an increase in ornamental fish production. The achievement of national ornamental fish production in 2019 was recorded at 367,280,000 heads or around 66.8% of the set target of 550,000,000 heads. , the mean fecundity of the three fish spawning was 173,267 eggs with an average egg fertilization rate of 66%, an average hatching rate of 67%, and a larval survival rate of 89%. The distribution of larvae was carried out as many as 1 688 individuals with a stocking density of about 50 m-2. The second distribution is carried out after one month of harvest at the time of the separation of nissai and tategoi. The maintenance of the seeds is carried out for 3 months while for the enlargement of koi fish for 4 months. Enlargement of koi fish begins with a koi seed size of 10 cm long. In the koi fish hatchery activities at Damiri Koi Farm for 1 year, the R/C Ratio was obtained Rp. 5.8, while for the distribution activities, the R/C ratio was Rp. 2.5.
