Abstract
ABSTRAK
REZKI WIDYA NINGSIH KUSUMA. Pembenihan dan Pembesaran Ikan Kakap Putih Lates calcarifer di Balai Besar Perikanan Budidaya Laut, Lampung. Dibimbing oleh GIRI MARUTO DARMAWANGSA.
Ikan kakap putih merupakan ikan laut yang banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia baik pada kegiatan pembenihan maupun kegiatan pembesaran. Induk kakap putih di BBPBL Lampung dipelihara di bak fiber kapasitas 15.000 L. Benih dipelihara di bak fiber kapasitas 2.000 L. Benih yang dijual berukuran 5 cm/ekor dengan harga Rp 2.800,00/ekor. Produksi benih yang dihasilkan dalam satu tahun 6 siklus yaitu 372.000 ekor/tahun. Total biaya yang dikeluarkan Rp 785.399.036,00 memperoleh keuntungan sebesar Rp 256.200.964,00, r/c ratio sebesar 1,3 dan payback period 1,6 tahun. Kegiatan pembesaran dilakukan di Keramba Jaring Apung (KJA) dengan ukuran 3 m x 3 m. Satu siklus pembesaran dilakukan selama 6 bulan untuk menghasilkan ikan ukuran konsumsi (500-700 gram/ekor) dengan harga jual Rp 75.000,00/kg. Dalam satu tahun terdapat 2 siklus dengan produksi 4.320 kg/tahun. Total biaya yang dikeluarkan Rp Rp 269.511.438,00, total penerimaan Rp 324.000.000,00 dan keuntungan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 54.488.563,00, r/c ratio, 1,2 dan payback period selama 2 tahun.

White snapper is a marine fish that is widely cultivated in Indonesia both in hatchery and rearing activities. The broodstock of white snapper at BBPBL Lampung are kept in a fiber tub with a capacity of 15,000 L. The seeds are raised in a fiber tub with a capacity of 2,000 L. The seeds are sold with a size of 5 cm / head for Rp. Seed production produced in one year 6 cycles, namely 372,000 heads / year. The total costs incurred Rp. 785,399,036.00, obtained a profit of Rp. 256,200,964.00, an r / c ratio of 1.3 and a payback period of 1.6 years. The enlargement activity is carried out in floating net cages (KJA) with a size of 3 mx 3 m. One rearing cycle is carried out for 6 months to produce consumption-sized fish (500-700 grams / head) with a selling price of IDR 75,000.00 / kg.
