AZIZ BAGUS PRASETYO. Pendirian Unit Bisnis Pengolahan Abon Jamur Tiram Pada CV Mitra Pangan Sejahtera Mushroom Kabupaten Subang. Dibimbing oleh LIISA FIRHANI RAHMASARI.

Hortikultura merupakan kelompok komoditas penting bagi kebutuhan manusia salah satu jenis komoditi tanaman hortikultura yang dapat dikonsumsi adalah jamur. Salah satu jenis jamur yang dapat dikonsumsi adalah Pleuratus ostreatus atau dikenal sebagai jamur tiram putih. CV Mitra Pangan Sejahtera Mushroom sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang budidaya jamur tiram putih memiliki peluang untuk mengembangkan produk pengolahan abon jamur tiram. Hasil yang didapat dari kajian yang dilakukan yaitu dengan aspek finansial dan non-finansial. Aspek non-finansial meliputi aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek produksi, aspek organisasi dan manajemen. Hasil yang didapat berdasarkan aspek finansial yaitu : (1) Net Present Value untuk bisnis abon jamur tiram yaitu NPV ≥ 0 sebesar Rp 84 510 210. (2) Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) yang diperoleh sebesar 1.897. (3) Internal Rate of Return (IRR) yang diperoleh lebih besar dari tingkat discount rate yaitu 29%. (4) Payback Periode (PP) dalam waktu 3 tahun 11 bulan. (5) Analisis Switching Value yaitu penurunan produksi penjualan abon jamur tiram tidak boleh lebih dari 3.26% dan kenaikan harga jamur tidak boleh lebih dari 10.46%.

ABSTRACT


AZIZ BAGUS PRASETYO. The Establishing Oyster Mushroom Shredded Processing Business Unit at CV Mitra Pangan Sejahtera Mushroom Subang Regency. Supervised by LIISA FIRHANI RAHMASARI.

Horticulture is an important commodity group for human needs. One of the horticultural crops that can be consumed is mushrooms. One type of mushroom that can be consumed is Pleurotus ostreatus, also known as white oyster mushroom. CV Mitra Pangan Sejahtera Mushroom as a company engaged in the cultivation of white oyster mushrooms has the opportunity to develop oyster mushroom shredded processing products. The results obtained from studies conducted are with financial and non-financial aspects. Non-financial aspects include market and marketing aspects, production aspects, organizational and management aspects. The results obtained are based on financial aspects, namely: (1) Net Present Value for the oyster mushroom shredded business, namely NPV ≥ 0 amounts to Rp 84 510 210. (2) Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B / C) obtained amounted to 1,897. (3) Internal Rate of Return (IRR) obtained is greater than the discount rate of 29%. (4) Payback Period (PP) within 3 years 11 months. (5) Switching Value Analysis, namely the decline in sales of oyster mushroom shredded sales should not be more than 3.26% and the increase in mushroom prices should not be more than 10.46%.
