Abstract

ABSTRAK
TRI LESTARI. Pendirian Unit Bisnis Pengolahan Permen Jelly Wortel pada PO Sayur Organik Merbabu Farm Kabupaten Semarang. Dibimbing oleh MURDIANTO.
PO SOM Farm merupakan perusahaan perseorangan yang bergerak pada bidang pertanian dengan jenis kegiatannya yaitu budi daya dan distribusi berbagai jenis sayuran organik salah satunya wortel. Adanya selisih produksi dan permintaan wortel pada PO SOM Farm masih belum termanfaatkan secara maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian pengembangan bisnis ini adalah merumuskan ide pengembangan bisnis, mengkaji dan menilai kelayakan pengembangan bisnis secara aspek non finansial dan aspek finansial di PO SOM Farm. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dan metode kuantitatif. Produk yang akan diproduksi adalah permen jelly wortel. Hasil kelayakan finansial unit usaha permen jelly wortel diperoleh NPV Rp 112 425 509, NET B/C 3, Gross B/C 1.2, IRR 64 % dan PP 2 tahun 5 bulan. Ini menunjukkan bahwa bisnis produk permen jelly wortel di PO SOM Farm layak untuk dilaksanakan.

ABSTRACT
TRI LESTARI. Establishment of Carrot Jelly Candy Processing Business Unit at PO Sayur Organik Merbabu Farm Kabupaten Semarang. Supervised by MURDIANTO.
PO SOM Farm is an individual company enganged in agriculture with the types of activities, namely the cultivation and distribution of various types of organic vegetables, one of them is carrot. The difference in production and demand for carrot at PO SOM Farm is still not fully utilized. The purpose of this business development research is to formulate business development ideas, study, and assess the feasibility of business development based on nonfinancial and financial aspects of PO SOM Farm. The analytical methods used are qualitative methods and are quantitative methods. The product to be produced are carrot jelly candy and NPV of Rp 112 425 509, Net B/C of 3, Gross B/C of 1.2, IRR of 64%, and PP of 2 years 5 months. This shows that the carrot jelly candy business at PO SOM Farm is feasible.
