Abstract

ABSTRAK

Ikan nila hitam Oreochromis niloticus merupakan salah satu jenis ikan konsumsi air tawar yang memiliki keunggulan seperti pertumbuhan yang cepat dan mampu hidup pada perairan bersalinitas. Kegiatan pembenihan meliputi pemeliharaan induk, pemijahan induk, pemeliharaan larva, pemanenan benih, pengemasan dan transportasi benih. Produktivitas satu induk ikan nila hitam sebanyak 1676 butir telur dengan hatching rate (HR) 91,4 %. Produk yang dihasilkan pada kegiatan pembenihan yaitu benih berukuran 1-2 cm dengan survival rate (SR) 82,5 % dijual dengan harga Rp70,00/ekor. Produksi dari kegiatan pembenihan sebesar 20.185.198 ekor/tahun yang terdiri dari 22 siklus. Keuntungan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp252.620.373,22/tahun, R/C ratio sebesar 1,20, dan payback period 3 tahun 4 bulan 24 hari. Kegiatan pembesaran meliputi persiapan wadah, penebaran benih, pemeliharaan benih, dan pemanenan. Produk yang dihasilkan pada kegiatan pembesaran yaitu ikan dengan mean body weight (MBW) sebesar 232,9 g/ekor, SR 50%, dan feed conversion ratio (FCR) sebesar 1,38. Produksi dari kegiatan pembesaran sebesar 611.362,5 kg/tahun yang terdiri dari 7 siklus. Keuntungan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp7.796.474.56698/tahun, R/C ratio sebesar 1,70, dan payback period 5 tahun 2 bulan 12 hari.

ABSTRACT

Black tilapia fish Oreochromis niloticus is one commodity of freshwater fish that has advantages such as fast growth and can live in the waters of salinity. Hatchery activities is including maintenance of the parent, the parent spawning, larval rearing, harvesting, packing, and transportation. The productivity of one parent of black tilapia was 1676 eggs with HR of 91,4 %. The products produced in the hatchery activities are seed 1-2 cm with SR 82,5 % was sold at Rp70,00/fish. Production from hatchery activities is 20.185.198 fish/year which consists of 22 cycles. The profit obtained Rp252,620,373.22/year, R/C ratio 1,20, and payback period 3 years 4 months 24 days. Grow-out activities is including pond preparation, stocking, maintenance, and harvesting. Products produced in the grow-out activity are fish with mean body weight (MBW) of 232,9 g/fish, survival rate (SR) of 50 %, and feed conversion ratio (FCR) 1,38. Production from grow-out activities is 611.362,5 kg/year which consists of 7 cycles. The profit obtained is Rp7.796.474.566,98/year, R/C ratio 1,70, and payback period 5 years 2 months 12 days.
