Abstract

Abstrak

Pengembangan fasilitas wisata pada kawasan wisata perlu dilakukan karena dengan fasilitas yang memenuhi kebutuhan pengunjung akan mendapatkan nilai kepuasan yang tinggi. Tujuan kegiatan adalah (1) Mengidentifikasi fasilitas rekreasi dan wisata di kawasan TNGGP Cibodas, (2) Mengidentifikasi penilaian pengunjung dan pengelola mengenai fasilitas rekreasi dan wisata di kawasan TNGGP Cibodas, (3) Mengidentifikasi keinginan pengunjung dan pengelola terhadap fasilitas rekreasi dan wisata di kawasan TNGGP Cibodas dan (4) Membuat rancangan desain fasilitas rekreasi dan wisata di kawasan TNGGP Cibodas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan April-Juni 2022 dengan metode obeservasi dan kuesioner (400 orang). Hasil identifikasi fasilitas rekreasi dan wisata di kawasan TNGGP Cibodas didapatkan hasil bahwa Resort Mandalawangi dan Resort Cibodas masing-masing memiliki 17 fasilitas rekreasi dan wisata yang dapat digunakan oleh pengunjung. Penilaian pengunjung dan pengelola mengenai fasilitas rekreasi dan wisata di kawasan TNGGP Cibodas memiliki penilaian yang beragam. Aspek yang dinilai oleh pengunjung dan pengelola adalah desain, proporsi ukuran, fungsi, penyampaian informasi dan kondisi fasilitas. Keinginan pengunjung dan pengelola terhadap fasilitas yang berada di kawasan Resort Mandalawangi didominasi ingin dilakukannya perbaikan pada fasilitas menara pengamat, kamar mandi dan kolam renang sedangkan pada Resort Cibodas fasilitas yang ingin dilakukan perbaikan yaitu kamar mandi, musholla dan area parkir. Rancangan desain fasilitas dibuat berdasarkan keinginan pengunjung dan pengelola untuk dilakukannya perbaikan. Desain yang dibuat disesuaikan dengan kondisi lokasi sesungguhnya.

Abstract

The development of tourist facilities in tourist areas needs to be done because with facilities that meet the needs of visitors, they will get a high satisfaction value. The objectives of the activity are (1) to identify recreational and tourism facilities in the Cibodas TNGGP area, (2) to identify visitor and manager assessments of recreational and tourism facilities in the Cibodas TNGGP area, (3) to identify the wishes of visitors and managers for recreational and tourism facilities in the TNGGP area. Cibodas and (4) Designing recreational and tourist facilities in the Cibodas TNGGP area. The activity was carried out in April-June 2022 using observation and questionnaire methods (400 people). The results of the identification of recreational and tourist facilities in the Cibodas TNGGP area show that the Mandalawangi Resort and Cibodas Resort each have 17 recreational and tourist facilities that can be used by visitors. The assessment of visitors and managers regarding recreational and tourist facilities in the Cibodas TNGGP area has various assessments. Aspects assessed by visitors and managers are design, proportion of size, function, delivery of information and condition of facilities. The desire of visitors and managers to the facilities in the Mandalawangi Resort area is dominated by the desire to make improvements to the observation tower facilities, bathrooms and swimming pools, while at the Cibodas Resort the facilities that want to be repaired are bathrooms, prayer rooms and parking areas. The design of the facility is made based on the wishes of visitors and managers to make improvements. The designs made are adapted to the actual site conditions.
